This is a Burgertime Slurpee Cup from 1983.  It was part of the 1983 Series Slurpee Video Cups from 7 Eleven.  On the back of the cup there is some info about the game it reads.  "Hungry for fun?  Try the tastiest new entree` on the video menu with Burgertime.  Help Chef Peter Pepper collect patties, cheese, lettuce and buns, while you collect bonus points for destroying Mr. Hot Dog, Mr. Egg and Mr. Pickle."
